Paul Wilden

Paul Wilden has 30+ years of experience in the trust & corporate services industry, having held numerous roles across EMEA and Asia. Most recently, he was Global Head of Capital Markets at Apex Group and at TMF Group before that. Prior to this, he worked in Singapore as CEO of Asia for GLAS and as Global Product Head of Corporate Agency & Trust at Standard Chartered Bank, and in numerous geographies at BNY Mellon, where his roles included heading the EMEA Conventional Debt and the Marketing Support and Global Stock Exchange Listing Services divisions.

Paul currently sits on the Board of Companions of the Chartered Management Institute, is a Member of the International Advisory Council of the Institute of Business Ethics, a Fellow of the London Institute of Banking & Finance and a Member of the Financial Markets Law Committee. Paul is also a Member of the Board of Trustees of the Business Disability Forum and Face Equality International and acts as an Independent Advisor to Oliver Wyman and Lovell Minnick Partners.”
