Veronica Sharma

Veronica Sharma is a Senior Vice President based in London on the Value Creation team, focused on portfolio talent. She joined Warburg Pincus in January 2024.

Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Veronica was Group Chief People Officer at Photobox & Moonpig Group plc, where she led a large-scale cultural transformation across Europe.

Prior to that, she was Group Chief People Officer at Cazoo Group, scaling the organisation across five European markets. Veronica has also held senior leadership roles at eBay Inc., Laing O’Rourke and BAA Heathrow Terminal 5. She is also a Non-Executive Director at On The Beach plc, serving as a member of the Audit, Remuneration and Nomination Committees.
