David Pfennig
Vice President
David Pfennig is based in Berlin, joined Warburg Pincus in 2022, and is a Vice President in the Technology group. He was actively involved in the firm’s investments in Arsipa (German occupational health & safety provider), blau direkt (German insurance software & service platform), the public takeover offer for Netfonds AG (German IFA software & regtech platform), Health Partners (UK B2B employee health provider), oyora (German diagnostic imaging platform), and Epassi (European employee benefits technology provider).
Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, David was an Analyst in the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs. He holds an MSc in Finance and Private Equity from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a BSc in Business Administration from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management.
