Elona Mortimer-Zhika

Elona Mortimer-Zhika is a seasoned software executive with a track record in scaling, transforming, and exiting private equity-backed businesses. Most recently, she served as CEO of IRIS Software Group, one of the largest privately held software businesses in the UK, where she previously held CFO and COO roles. During her tenure, IRIS scaled significantly, transitioned to a cloud-first model, completed over 30 acquisitions, and achieved two successful PE exits.

Elona currently serves as a Chair and Non-Executive Director on various boards of market leading software businesses in Europe. Elona was named UK Tech CEO of the Year in 2023.
