Oliver Bussmann

Oliver Bussmann is a recognized leader in financial technology and digital transformation. He is the former Group CIO of UBS and Global CIO of SAP, where he led enterprise-wide innovation and transformation initiatives. He serves as Independent Non-Executive Director at Bank of America Europe and Harvest Group, chairs xSuite Group and SkySparc, and is Advisory Board member at Actico Group. As Founder of Bussmann Advisory, he advises private equity firms and corporates on digital disruption and transformation strategy. In particular, at Warburg Pincus, Oliver supported the sourcing of Epassi and advises across fintech and enterprise software investments.
